So I am on my way to healthier and thinner me and I am stoked! I did my personal fitness assessment and my first 40 minute personalized cardio pattern. I found out that I will be doing 2 personal training days and (4) 40 minute cardio patterns per week for the next four weeks of my "results" phase. I have to be honest I do not like to do cardio (hehe), however at the Wellness Zone they have a unique idea that makes 40 minutes of cardio feel like 20 minutes!! No joke, it makes it so easy to do cardio!
Another unique idea the Wellness Zone has mastered is the fact that people want results immediately. That is exactly why they start with a personalized results phase first after assessing your current fitness level. The Results phase is about four weeks to get your body where it is the healthiest while at the same time they are teaching you how to stay healthy for life.
My goal is to get what I call "Britney Bod" in my four to five weeks. I have added a photo of Miss Britney to give you an idea of which "Britney Bod" I am going for! My personal trainer has informed me that if I follow my Wellness plan I will achieve my goal....
